Wifi
We provide a router for wifi (to be recharged extra charge). Upon arrival, our staff will give you all the information for recharging, the cost of which depends on the use of the line. Generally a top-up of less than € 5.00 is more than enough for a weekly holiday.
Air conditioning
In order not to waste the energy of the island - which is however distributed only in certain periods of the day -, we kindly ask you to turn it on only when you are in

Bathroom with shower and bidet, heardryer, iron and ironing board, a little kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, gas stove, microwave, small electric oven and all the necessary kitchenware
Airport shuttle
Upon request for a fee (€ 20.00 round trip) to be paid locally upon arrival. This service is not carried out directly by us.

Transportation
In Principe there are not many cars and it is impossible to apply a precise price for transport as they vary continuously. One of our staff can help you find the car that suits you, also negotiating the price for you. Given the characteristics of the island's roads and the lack of signs, jeep rental with driver is recommended.
Excursions
Our staff will provide you all the information about excursions in the forest and to the Pico Papagaio, trips with small local boats for whale and dolphin watching and you can also have the experience of fishing barracuda or sailfish, tour of the island by car, trips to the most beautiful beaches. Since these services are not directly handled by us, we advise you to be very careful and we decline any responsibility for what may occur during the hiking or driving. Sometimes the locals can take advantage of the tourists. You can find low price cars rent, take attention because you may have unpleasant situations. The roads are actually bad, the rain often makes them even harder to drive and we recommend you always to use only a jeep (possibly with a good driver).

Payment must be made within 14 days of arrival or within the day following the booking (only in case of last minute reservations and within the deadline of 14 days before arrival), otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled.
There is no other way of payment. The reservation will be automatically canceled in case of non-payment.
Direct reservation made by the property are covered by the terms of extenuating circumstances due to the pandemic. If properly documented, they are intended to protect guests from unforeseen health situations that may occur after the booking. This property reserves the right to examine and decide on a case by case basis.
The tourist tax must be paid upon your arrival in cash and for no reason we will return the amount if sent to our banking account.
Check in - Check-out. We are quite flexible and we would be grateful if you’d inform us, more or less, about your check in time, in order to give you the best welcome service
Cleaning - Typically we change the towels and sheets every week. We will change extra sheets or towels at your request, extra charge € 10,00 per person. We will honor your wishes. Final cleaning is included but please note that you will be required to clean the kitchen area and leave the apartment in order. You may incur an additional charge for extra cleaning of € 50,00
Privacy: our staff can make a friendly chat from time to time, if you wish, and they will be happy to give you all the information you can spend a pleasant holiday in Principe island.
Welcome service: in the annex, located in garden close to the house, a local family lives. They are welcoming you, satisfying every your request and needy. Some time the crew can request you the permission to enter into the house and check the safety status of the gas cylinder or water heater for safety reasons.
Energy and water - As we are in Africa, it may happen to be without electricity or water. We have chosen not to use the diesel generator because we want to implement alternative forms of energy as soon as we can carry them into the island.
Beware of local (Government) power and water cuts. Usually the Principe Regional Government contingents both water and electricity: the electricity service is provided daily from 7 to 13:00 and from 17 to 23. There are days when for a few hours the water is not supplied for water storage, cleaning and hygiene

Pets - In our facilities it is absolutely forbidden to bring any kind of animals into the house and into the garden.
Smoking Policy - In all our facilities smoking is allowed only in the gardens. If the guest doesn't respect this rule he will be charged the fee of € 100,00
