An Easter under the rain? In Follonica, as usual, the weather is always changeable and you can still take a nice walk on the beach even if the forecast is alarming. You can get a sailing race in the gulf sea, too. This is due to the particular city location: surrounded by the Colline metallifere on north-east, between the promontories of Pimbino and Puntala, facing the island of Elba. By the way a circulation of the winds is created in such a way that the sun always appears in the sky.
And if we really are forced to stay indoors, there is always a solution to spend pleasant moments on holiday. Our Maremma museums welcome us, rich in history and art.
Hereby what we can visit in Tuscan Maremma: in Follonica: the MAGMA narrative museum and the art gallery, in Massa Marittima with its museums the Organ Museum, the Cathedral of San Cerbone, the Museum of San Pietro all'Orto, Vetulonia with the Archaeological Museum Isidoro Falchi, in Populonia and Piombino (Val di Cornia) the archaeological museum of Populonia, in Grosseto the Archaeological and Art Museum of Maremma and Museum of Sacred Art
