1. Seller Information

2. Object

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of artisanal products sold through the website www.domussocolatae.com.

3. Prices and payment

All prices listed on the website are in Euros and inclusive of VAT. Domus Socolatae reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The customer will pay the price indicated at the time of the order.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Orders and Confirmation

The order is considered confirmed once the customer receives a confirmation email from Domus Socolatae. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped within Italy and abroad. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. Domus Socolatae is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events beyond our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide any reason.

7. Warranty and Defective Products

In the event of a defective or damaged product, the customer is kindly requested to contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, graphics) is the property of Domus Socolatae and protected by copyright law. Any reproduction without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
