Yesterday the Domus Socolatae went to the Wineshop Le Sedici in Massa Marittima,close to Follonica, for a wine tasting, right in the heart of Piazza del Duomo. This family-run business produces Monteregio DOC wines, oil, honey, jams and grappa.
Tastings are organized in the company, too, combining the wines with traditional local, maremmans and Tuscan dishes.
The corporate symbol is the GROSSO, a coin minted in 1317 in the Republic of Massa Marittima
